Creating and following a plan requires focus & intention, sure. And for the vast majority of us, it also requires something else: accountability.
That’s where I come in.
Ever since I started the education side of my business and launched my online course, I’ve gotten emails, DMs, and comments from fellow agents asking if I offer private coaching. Until now, the answer has been no.
But as someone who has invested in countless courses, group programs, and one-on-one coaching myself, I see the distinct value in all of them. I understand that sometimes, there’s just no substitute for one-on-one coaching. Step 1: The VIP Intensive Workbook
Inside this workbook (which is a Google doc that’s super easy to complete and share with me), you’ll bring me up to speed on your:
✓ Real estate business journey up to now (how long you’ve been doing it, wins, and challenges)
✓ Lead generation reality (where is your current business coming from? How are most of your clients finding you?)
✓ Numbers. ALL of them, from your home sale totals and commission fees, to referral fees, expenses, and more (and just so you know, this is a shame-and-judgement-free zone)
✓ Marketing strategies and social media presence (even if it feels like they’re nonexistent right now)
✓ Your strengths and areas of growth (what are you REALLY good at and what are you not great at, or just not like doing?)

Step 2: Your 90-minute Goal-Getting, Profit-Planning Session
First things first. Creating a profitable business requires managing your business finances like a CEO. That’s why, before we get to the shiny, sexy marketing things, we have to see where you’re starting from.
During this first session, we’ll hop on a recorded Zoom call and take a deep dive under the hood of your real estate business and budget. We’ll get extra cozy between the spreadsheets as we itemize line by line, all of your income, expenses, and more for last year and the year ahead. Beyond analyzing your numbers, we’ll also chat about what’s working, what’s not, and what your specific goals and challenges are heading into the next year of your business.
Together, we’ll do a deep dive into:
✓ Last year’s numbers (and if you’re brand new don’t worry, I’ve got you. I’ll show you how to project revenue, even if you haven’t had any transactions yet)
✓ Setting your big, bold revenue and marketing goals for 2021 (you’ll walk away knowing exactly how many buy and list side transactions you’ll need to hit your goals, PLUS and how many referrals to aim for to give you that extra edge)
✓ Setting monthly goals that align with the business and life you want (e.g., if you only want to work 3 days a week, 60 transactions a year probably isn’t a very realistic goal)
✓ Calculating the Ideal average Home Sale Price you need to hit those goals
✓ Creating your month-by-month budget for 2021 (itemizing out the income and expenses that make up your net profit)
✓ Zero-ing in on your positioning, Ideal Client and Zone of Happiness
✓ Your Passive Income strategy
Step 3: Your 90-Minute Roadmapping Session
Five to 10 days days after your Goal-Getting, Profit-Planning Session, we’ll set everything into motion by creating your Marketing Plan PLUS Action Items Roadmap (because a plan without action is really just a nice dream, and around here, we like to see REAL money hitting our bank accounts).
During this second recorded strategy, we’ll kick shiny object syndrome to the curb and get you laser focused on the right marketing strategies — the ones that will give you the biggest return on time, money, and energy investment based on your goals.
Together, we’ll do a deep dive into:
✓ Finalizing your top three to five marketing strategies for 2021 (e.g., social media/blogging strategy, referral strategy, virtual coffee dates, collaboration Ideas, and more)
✓ Mapping out your marketing campaigns for the year (e.g., will you host a giveaway in Q1 or fundraiser in Q2?)
✓ Breaking down each “campaign” into bite-sized tasks and getting them into your calendar and task manager, so they actually GET DONE
✓ Digging into any other questions or challenges you might have. My brain is yours to pick (I’ve always hated the saying, but you know what I mean!)
By the end of this session, you’ll know what to do each week to keep your marketing engine running and start getting more organic (aka FREE) leads than ever before.
